- 2 cups 340g chocolate chips (mix of regular and mini chocolate chips recommended)
Cookie Monster Frosting:
- 1 cup 225g unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups 480g powdered sugar
- 2-3 tbsp milk or cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Blue gel food coloring not liquid
- 2 Oreo cookies for eyes
- 6 white chocolate chips for pupils
